William Henry Ford was a painter in oils, watercolour and pastel, and hailed from Norfolk. His working career flourished and developed in the 1950's when he became a member of the Norwich Art Circle. He exhibited widely during this time at many provincial galleries, his favoured subjects being the open landscapes and coastal scenes of Norfolk. His work is usually impressionistic, and follows in the great artistic style and tradition of the Norfolk painters Edward Seago and Sir John Arnesby Brown. Exhb 1955-1970.

Oleography is a Victorian process of replicating oil paintings using a printing technique which combines oils and varnishes, aiming to capture the colour, texture, and character of an original painting. Each Oleograph is carefully hand-finished to recreate the timeless look and appeal of an original Oil Painting.

We offer free delivery on UK orders over £50. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days. Items are carefully packaged to protect your artwork in transit. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt in original condition. Please contact us before returning any item.
