A Superb C19th Victorian Oil on Artists Board - The Morning Tide on the Lynher at St. Germans by John Barrett (1822-1893). This fine mid Victorian oil painting measures 14 inches x 9 inches & is presented in an classic gallery gilt wood frame with overall measurements being 19.5 inches x 14.5 inches. The painting is signed by the artist (lower left) & extensively inscribed verso. The painting is in excellent condition with no damage or losses.
